being flirty isn't a way to really get somebody. That's more for cock teasers or guys trying to get you in bed if anything. I mean if he wants to hang out with you tomorrow it officially means that without your extra doze of flirting he either appreciates you as a friend or is looking for a relationship with you. I don't know what is going through his mind but if you say he is not perverted or anything like that then it most likely is just a test to find out if you like him & you find out if he really likes you.
