I am 16 dpo and no period but low temps again. anyone have a clue why?
I ovulated on Oct 1st and have pcos. I had high temps for ten days, over 98.0, then it was 97.6 for 3 days. today it was 97.2. had all my normal pms symptoms: sore nipples and irritability. little bit emotional and gagging. I have occasional sticky cm. nothing otherwise. have not taken a hpt because of the drop in temp. will tomorrow if no period still. just wondering why my temps are low and still no period. thought temps had to be high for pregnancy.

Temperatures dont have to be high to be pregnant, they just have to be over the coverline (if you chart your temps on a site like fertility friend you will see what I mean).
And when they talk about a rise in temperature, it can be a small as a few decimal places
also your period could be on its way and that is why your temperature could be dropping

Just take a test soon. I hope you get a BFP. I have never heard of temps having anything to do with pregnancy. Good Luck I hope you get your BFP!

Your temperature has nothing to do with your period or being pregnant. Even if it did, your temperature is normal. If you are having unprotected sex (which is a really big no-no), then I would take an pregnancy test. Otherwise, you could just be late this month. It is normal to be late and could happen for a numerous amount of reasons- stress, eating habits, etc.
