Does anyone knew about an application that can be used to upgrade a PC.?

a software that can upgrade the CDrom so that playstation cd's can be played on the PC?

    Wow....you would need an emulator and you would be better off just downloading the ROM files rather than trying to rip the roms from the cd.

    yes, your PC comes with an upgrader. Choose Start>All Programs> Windows Update (near top usually). If you do not have this application, then type "Windows Updater Download" (no quotes). Download the updater, then open the app, it will automatically check for updates. Install updates and Restart Computer!
