Tamiflu for dogs, what is the actual difference between name brand (Roche) and generic brand (Oseltamivir)?

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the actual ingredients or percentages of each ingredient used between the name brand (Roche) and the generic brand (Oseltamivir)

It would be silly to pay 3 times the cost of a name brand product if the ingredients are the same in the generic brand.

I have checked on line, but it only tells what the product is to be used for and how to use it....I have not been able to find a product list that shows the actual ingredients/percentages for the name brand or the generic brand.

I was hoping someone has a pack on hand and can state the actual ingredients from their package, also state if it is the generic or the brand name they have.

Update:

NOTE: Yes, I could contact my vet as I know his office and home number by heart considering a steady portion of his income comes from my vet visits!!

But this is NOT an emergency, I simply wanted to order over the weekend and not wait until Monday.

there are no differences between brand name drugs and generics.. except that they may be composed of slightly different inactive ingredients (ingredients used to make a drug in a pill form, or the liquid used to make a suspension, etc).

But the actual drugs in them are the same thing, same dosage.
