Well Nope they Dont Care about ur SAT Score as along as u already Passed on high school

They will Simply Transfer ur Diploma On The Supreme of Universities Council and then u will Apply from 15 August and u still Can Apply till 15 October .. And as Egyptian with a foreign Diploma U will be Just Accepted at the same Year that u Taken ur Diploma In

Second : Studying Medicine in Egypt isnt a good Choice ... So Crowded .. A nasty Hospital ( the one u will take ur training In )

And if u r a Foreigner u will have to pay nearly 2000 Great British Pound

means u ve a chance to Study In a better country for less than that amount

Finally as a Transferred Diploma,Am sorry to tell that u Simply ve a very Lil Chance To get Accepted in Cairo University ... Because u and more 40,000 Transferred student try to take less than 3,000 Places

So am sorry to tell u Its better to Stuck where ur or try to find a better place

Source(s): I was Just Like u Days Ago But i Already missed the Admissions and i guess Thanks God Cuz they was about to offer me Some Stupid Institute Cuz there is No Places !!! By the way My Dad's Graduated Bs medicine From Cairo University and his Master was in Al-Azhar !!!!!!!

Of course Cairo university is the best in medical studies (except some specialties like phonetics and cosmetic),,, then Ain Shams , and then Alex,,, It is very important to know that the order of the best universities of Egypt has the same order mentioned above,,, to determine how good is the university there are lots of Aspects,, the AUC is very small university to be in the head of the list compared to the previous and there is no medical school there- it is not easy to have medical studies in such a small university..the same is applied on the French /German universities.,, It is true they have (few ) colleges that are great but the overall evaluation of the university can not put it a head.

    --------

Each year, they do evaluation and computability to lots of foreign (scores Than the EHEGC and decide what score they take ,, and that varies from year to year),, again I have to mentioned I graduated myself from Ain Shams university 25 years ago,,,, and still i did studies in leiden University in the Netherlands , in a field where lleiden is considered from the 10 best universities in that field world wide...and trust me again stick to New york,, here is a list to show you why:

*2 years ago Cairo uni. was 400-410 uni in the world, not any moreee

Why would you want to give up the oppurtinity of studying in America to waste in Egypt? Have you not been following the media lately? Or at least social activists ? Education in Egypt is at it's LOWEST. You're going to pay money 10x of what you would pay in an American University for Egyptian teachers and professors who are horrible at teaching and have no major experience to teach in a private university. To your question - Not all credits are transferable. You may transfer from the states to Egypt and loose a few credits etc. Edit: Not all credits will be transferable depending on what university you go to. If you go to AUC then most likely all your credits will be able to be transferred considering it's a private American university. If you go to an Egyptian private university you might miss some few credits. Do not do what I'm doing. I'm an American Citizen and I lived my whole life in Egypt because my step father is Egyptian. I have one more year left at AUC before I transfer to University Of Miami or University Of Southern Cali. I'm paying the price at AUC which is 4x more than Harvard University in America. Trust me when I say you're making a HUGE mistake. If you want like the person under me suggested, go check out UAE, you are damaging your future doing this and it won't look good at all on your diploma if you went to a university for 2 years in Egypt than going to one in America. I can promise you " life " in university here is nothing special. Consider going to a place that actually has an education system you can benefit from.

  • All foreign diploma holders (IGCSE, High Schools, German Abitur, French Bachelorsational Bac) are allowed only 5% of the places in each school (faculty). That's a lot of competition. So you might not get the faculty of your choice after all bec the amount of holders of such degrees is increasing yr by yr. Now medical school requires a result of about 98-100%. Concerning High School Diploma, I guess you'll have to have A* in most of your subjects (your choice of subjects has to qualify you for med school-- like biology, chemistry, maths etc). I don't know about the minimum score for the SAT exam.

    Good luck.
