What's a good peppers to infuse in Vodka?
I've got some really hot chili peppers and a bottle of vodka. What's a good chili pepper to use?

Moderately hot with good flavor. The Cayenne is the most used. I have seen the Thai bird pepper used although it does create a very hot drink as would a habanero. I would stick with something around the heat level of a cayenne
