I suspect if someone buys a yellow Harley-Davidson they like yellow.
Wild guess on my part, but there it is.
I have seen a couple yellow Harleys and they are a refreshing change from the normal black and chrome that you see on about 80% of all the Harleys on the road.
I ride a yellow GL1800 Honda Goldwing. My fellow workers can spot me on the highway easily due to the color. One of the safest colors for a motorcycle.
Categorizing a rider due to his/her color choice is dumb.
One last point.
You cannot be weak or lame or something to ride a Harley-Davidson.
I have been told it takes a REAL man to handle a Harley.
Have I been lied to all these years?
You decide.
Remember, It's not what you ride, it's that you ride.
Ride On.

Quick way to find out, ask a Harley rider if he is lame or weak 'cuz he rides a yellow bike. I am sure you will get your answer ! Ya might want to keep those thoughts to yourself and your uninformed friends. The color of one's bike means NOTHING, use your head for something other than a hat-rack.

This dates back to when Harley was owned by AMF (1969-1981), a Japanese company. Kind of an ethic slur against the Japanese, pretty much not in use by all but the hard core HD guys.

I see a lot of yellow Harleys about - mostly CVO ones.My friend paid $53,000 AUD for his - would he do this for a '' lame '' coloured ride? Get a life ya dumb a$$ed trouble making troll.Your line of thought reminds me of someone - just cannot remember the name as they were very insignificant.

This is a funny post probably posted by a sport bike rider that rides around with his *** in the air all the time .. Before i would ride a fkn sport bike i would ride a hot pink harley and dare a sport bike rider to say anything about it ..

Well that's laughable but I don't think the color of the bike means much of anything. I'm not sure motorcyclists or bikers as you refer to some of them really care what color a bike is as long as it's not theirs and they don't like the color. All it matters is it's another motorcyclist out riding.

Thats a good question and i dont get why you care what the color is on a harley or any other bike ? cause you dont ride *****..
