I find that when I get nauseous with pregnancy, if I can get some protein in me, I feel better. For example, a big hamburger was the last thing on earth I wanted to eat, but, if I could get something like that down, I'd feel better for a bit.
Also, try Vit B, and some people say "Pregy Pops" help them. Others swear by not setting foot out of bed until they've had some juice or sunflower seeds or something. You could also try ginger tea, or ginger brew, mints. Someone told me they've heard several stories of women eating a Big Mac (specifically a Big Mac) and their morning/all day sickness is gone for good!! I don't know about that one. I'm not a big fan of fast food or McD's so never tried that.
Not sure about the stomach pains, they sound like they really suck. They too might pass though if you can get some food in your belly.
If you let your blood sugar drop too low you'll feel sicker and then it's even harder to eat, so try and keep eat small snacks/.meals that are high in protein every 2 hrs or so.
Also, be sure to talk to your midwife or OB. They can also help you keep an eye on your weight. Because for some, there is no relief, until the first 3 mo pass, or even until the pregnancy is over and it's important to watch your weight if you know you have that problem.

Aww i feel for you so much!!!!!
I really do hunniee :(
I was in the exact same postion as you.
Its horrible isn't it.
I felt like i couldnt burp and constantly had belly ache, and even though i felt sick, i wasnt physically sick.
Im quite petite too and i lost a stone in a week :|
If you havent tried ginger tea, why not go to your doctor as they maybe able to do something or perscribe you with something
Unfortunatly nothing worked for me and I ended up sleeping through the day just to escape it all

I'm sorry about that, try not to get hungry thats when you get more nauseous. I used to eat one or two olives and the nausea would go away.
Good Luck!

See your OBGYN - and remember that this will pass. Hang in there. All pregnancies are different, anyway - it may not be as bad as the first time.
