This certainly isn't that bad of a team. I can help tweak the moves here. Try these.

Staraptor- Fly, U-Turn, Return, Close Combat.

Bastiodon- Rock Polish, Iron Head, Dig, Iron Defense.

    Luxray- Spark, Charge, Swagger, Crunch.

Floatzel- Ice Fang, Return, Aqua Jet, Crunch.

Infernape- Close Combat, Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Thunderpunch.

Skorupi- Sludge Bomb, X-Scissor, Bite, Leer.

For ingame, this move set will be fine.

Against Cyrus, I would have your Pokemon into their mid 40's. This way you will have a fully evolved team and you can beat him easily.

    Hope this helps!

I would say all pokemon to 45 for very good advantage.

Wow, that's weak. I have so many Lv.100's I have to keep them in boxes with my party filled with them. Save before you battle him and email me what Pokémon he has, and I'll give you a walk-through.
