Yes, it is definetly man=made. Such that the islamic organization in Toronto, have kind of petition the govt not to allow toronto muslim women not to wear the hijab, as it reflect the inequality of the treatment of women, as 2nd class citizens. That is uncanadian and definitely violates the charter of rights.
