Well it depends, if it's a peep-toe shoe then it may not look good, if it's a strappy shoe then it's really hard too look good, unless they're thick straps. If it's a mule(no back) shoe then that almost never looks good. If the seams are showing then it never looks good. Long footless tights that are sorta rolled over the top is a neat look.
