examples of internal and external exchange agents?
Could you provide one or two of these each? I am having some issues understanding just what exact field would meet each of these areas. I am supposed to be preparing a paper, but dont really know who to use as examples.

making us of new technology, restructuring the organization, improving the organizational culture, implementing performance improving initiatives are all part of external agents.
Internal agents are used when problems require understanding an organizations policies, procedures, structure, culture and practices.
