NEVER USE VASALINE!!!!!!!
you may have prematurely leached the ink out, so you are going to need a touch up soon....
as long as it is not infected you are fine.
patting to slapping your tattoo will help any itching you may have.
only use the zinc-free A&D ointment
I just let my tattoo's air heal for the most part only using a SMALL amount of A&D to moisten it up and soothe it

Not to worry. Your tattoo is doing fine, it's just got to finish healing, that's all. Mine, I heal up dry. You have no idea how very many tattoos are screwed up every year by well-intentioned aftercare. No matter if I'm using bacitracin, A&D ointment, or lubiderm, I'm still clogging pores that really need air, when I put stuff on 'em. All the tattoo artists I know heal theirs up dry, and for the same reasons. Do it however you like, it's your ink. I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just telling you what I won't. The human body is it's own best healer, always has been. Enjoy your ink! Take care.

since no one knows what they are saying.the tattoo is healing.it will wrinkle up and turn into a scab.use a&d ointment or cortizone 3 times day.wash it with antibacterial soap non frangrant.the ink will seem to be coming off when you wipe it but it is fine.btw dont over do the ointment,it needs to be a light coat of ointment.and atleast let it breath thru out the day

you are never to put vaseline on a tattoo. It pulls the color out and fades it. Use luberderm regular lotion. If it isn't damaged from the vaseline, it will be fine. Dont worry about what its looking loke right now, its heeling. It will look pretty bad for a few days. Just keep it moisturized with the luberderm.

Seriously don't worry about it as long as you don't pick the scabs it will be fine, alot of people forget its an open wound and needs time to heal. It will look dodgy for about a month as the colour rises and then your skin starts to peel, its all a natural process in tattoos trust me, im covered in them. Just keep washing it in luke warm water as much as possible and keep putting cream on it. I use BEPANTHEN its a baby nappy rash cream and it works wonders. It will be fine honestly but just don't PICK IT!!

your tattoo is healing. dont worry about it. the skin is going to start pealing and some more color is going to come off. after about a month go back to your artist and he'll touch it up for you. then your tattoo is done. enjoy.

Leviticus 19:28 does say: 28 " 'do no longer cut back your bodies for the ineffective or placed tattoo marks on yourselves. i'm the LORD. regardless of if, it rather is likewise the passage that asserts issues like: 26 " 'do no longer consume any meat with the blood nevertheless in it. and 27 " 'do no longer cut back the hair on the perimeters of your head or clip off the sides of your beard. and 32 " 'upward push interior the presence of the elderly, instruct admire for the elderly and revere your God. i'm the LORD. how a lot of human beings do you comprehend that upward push whilst somebody older than them walk right into a room? or consume uncommon steaks?or shop smartly cut back hair? you spot, if taken in context right here, it relatively is used as a death ritual. whilst human beings might die, their sons might mark on themselves with ashes. some might use needles to poke the ash into their epidermis, subsequently making the marks everlasting, as a shrine to the ineffective. however the physique is the temple, and in case you change it right into a shrine for the ineffective, it relatively is now no longer the temple of God. the beef with blood element grew to become into to dodge the infants of Israel from getting nutrition-bourne ailments from bacteria. and the hair reducing element grew to become into to dodge epidermis affliction from open cuts... they did no longer have the intense high quality razor blades we've at present. each and all the levitical regulation grew to become into extra or much less for the protection of the infants of Israel, the two their actual protection, and the protection of their reputational protection. if you purchased a affliction, you have been outcast in that society. We now stay decrease than Grace, it rather is an entire diverse set of rules. We, as christians, like the pharisees, desire to %. and choose what rules we are able to or won't stick to. And via that exact same token, if we predict of we would desire to constantly or shouldn't stick to this or that, we needless to say think of unquestionably everyone else would desire to do an identical. wish this facilitates...

the original tattoo should be fine but i suggest going back to the person who did that tattoo. there is a chance he didnt use the right ink but it is a slim possibility. the best thing you can do is ask the person who did the tattoo. sorry i cant offer more.
