Making small changes in one's lifestyle,, he or she can contribute towards a large change for the dying nature. Here is a list of what you can do practically to make a change in yourself and the environment:

Try writing as much as you can on a single piece of paper- this would save at least 4-5 pages per day, and if you carry on practising like this FOR 1 WHOLE YEAR-you would be saving 1500+ pages per year !!!!!

Switch off the A.C. when fan can satisfy you. 1 hour of switched on A.C. emits ABOUT 2.5 kg of CO2.

Give more and more used boxes, notebooks, cards, etc. for recycling-this reduces burden on forests for our requirement of paper.

Tell your friends about the importance of nature, so that even if 5 of your friends save 1500 pages per year, your group altogether would be saving 7,500 pages per year-Isn't this interesting ???

Do not waste water and electricity.

There are many other practical ways but listing them all here isn't possible for me

We need some global warming, look outside its freezing ,just like last year and the year before. What is wrong with people , do you really want to live in a frozen wasteland. Why go on holidays to warm countries when you could lie on beach in Finland or Lapland?

Practical solution , either go live at the North pole or forget all about this ridiculous warming , open your eyes and start working at debunking this lie which is being spread by very evil people.

What drastic changes? The earth has trended cooler for the last few years. This last year it is just about average for the last 100 years. The earth has been cooling and heating in cycles for the past hundreds of thousands of years. Study and look it up.

You are not going to do a damn thing about it!

You can reduce pollution and reduce our use of oil by driving a small car, recycling, using CFE lights, not using plastic bags/bottles, etc., but this will have little effect on the earths natural warming and cooling cycles. That is my opinion.

Nothing that you can do personally will stop any type of climate change. You can, and ought to be, conservation-minded so as not to be wasteful. Being a good steward means taking proper care of resources. Pollution needs to be cleaned up, water needs to be recycled for reuse. Recycling needs to be increased to reduce the amount of trash that we throw away in landfills.

Climate change takes a long time to reach a critical turning point and also requires a long time to reverse back the opposite way. Do we have enough money to do that? I don't think so.

guy has no administration over the solar (the premiere reason for climate substitute). we are able to arise with as many complex rain dances and human sacrifice ceremonies as you like, yet they are going to make no difference. there's a reason such practices have been abandoned centuries in the past. Reduce use of CFC's

    Properly reuse, recycle and reduce

    use hybrid cars battery powered

all of these will reduce thinning of O3 layer which will in turn reduce harmful UV rays into our planet thereby causing global warming

The change in climate is indeed caused by we humans, since we are the ones who cause the severe air pollution. However, I would like to point out that the 'drastic change' is not drastic at all; there were times in the past millennium when temperature levels were even higher then this. And mind you, it was really high..... However, the world is a super-organism and would constantly have these warming and cooling. So do not worry too much, its all a cycle and we will do fine. Just use as much eco-friendly stuff and don't use the air-conditioning too much! At most we will just up to heaven together. Whoops!

You can never stop global warming coz we can never follow those green measures.if somone really wants to stop it,he/she has to become a caveman.however we can REDUCE the rate of pollution.

    1) Turn off Lights, Appliances and Other Items Operated by Electricity When They Aren't in Use - It seems like common sense, but even I have caught myself leaving a room without turning off the light. Pay closer attention to your family's habits. Then become more insistent that items are OFF when not in use.

and you save 1000 pounds of carbon dioxide and $256 per year(2007 survey)

    2) Carpool - To work, to school to the shopping mall. Share a ride with a friend or co-worker and keep unnecessary cars off the road (maybe traffic will improve as well). Savings: 750 pounds of carbon dioxide and hundreds of dollars per year.

    3) walk to nearby distances

    4) plant a tree

    5) go green!!

    if one:

    stops using perfumes

    stops burning tyres / plastics

    stop combustion

    use carbon credits

    stop using a/c

    conserve energy

hope it solves you concern about earth!
