What are some entries, ideas, words, or things that you put in or include in your journal?

often i would write about the world around me. sort of like a chronicle of my life and the times that i lived in, what i thought about what was going on in the world, and where i thought it was going. i told it like a story. but i am horrid at keeping up with stuff. and i actually had two one was like a book of my life the other was used to write stuff down till i figured what ever it was out. like making lists and stuff. generally used it like you would a trusted friend. i get rid of that one every few years.

I don't keep a journal regularly. I only write when I have a very strong emotion, or something that I need to clear my head about.
