Geed Squad messed up my laptop twice...?

ok, So i first brought in my laptop to get a broken left click button. A month later i get it back damaged and they screwed a screw too tight and it dented my laptop, and didn't even fixed the original problem I sent it in for. So i was forced to send it out again, and was told it will be top priority and it would be fixed in 3 weeks... A month and a half later (today) I got my laptop back. everything looked fine. when i got home i started typing in a web site when i noticed my backspace, H key, and G key wasn't working. I called them up and their telling me i have to bring it back in... WTF!!!.. Im a college student and i need my laptop, but they keep effing up. What can i do about this??... Should i demand a new laptop?.. I don't know what to do anymore... PLEASE HELP!

Demand a replacement (new) laptop, not a fix. Cause that's a huge mistake on their part. Don't be afraid to give them hell.

There may be something jammed under you buttons.

You can try popping them off to make sure there's nothing obstructing them.

They snap right back in place, but with a little effort.

If that doesn't work, I'd try to get a new laptop(keep the hard drive from your current one) from them, and the money for the repairs too.

And like everyone else says, don't trust the Geek Squad. I went in Best Buy the other day and was referred to one of them guys... All I wanted to know was if they had a MIDI cable for a keyboard.

I said, "Do you have a MIDI cabe[spelled out M-I-D-I for him] for a paino style keyboard?" The guy's face went kind of blank for about twenty seconds before he showed me where the PS/2 mouse cables were.

A few minutes later, he goes, "Oh, you mean like a music keyboard!"

And another instance with them, is I set up my grandparents' wireless router after they failed to(which was in the agreement when they bought it that it would be set up by them). I'd never so much as touched a wireless router before then, and had it set up in about ten, maybe fifteen minutes.

Geek Squad are a bunch of IDIOTS. Never, ever, ever (ever) let them touch your computer.

Look for the small companies. A-Power has repair services I believe, if you're in Canada.

STAY AWAY FROM THE GEEK SQUAD "TECHNICIANS".

Probably too late to get new laptop..besides they would find way to cheat you out of it anyway.

Find independant shop for future repairs or do it yourself.

There is nothing you can do. They are stupid. I was sitting in my friends living room when they told my friends mom "The reason why your printer doesn't work is because your hard drive is corrupt."
