It is difficult to say about the name of this tree as a close up photograph of the plant showing its leaves or flowers is essential for correct identification of the plant. It may be a Juniper, not sure.

seems to me to NOT be what Glenn t says. This site says that his suggestion grows to be only 20 feet tall.
