We have the Australian constitution. Thats pretty much similar to a bill of rights, but the Aussie version.

The constitution works well for us, and has for the past hundred and something years, so why fix a problem that isnt there?

There has been so much changed under the present Australian government, and so far, I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them

    Definitely no.

Making a bill of rights will take the power away from democratically elected representatives (ie. the people) and give power to non elected magistrates.

Remember, having a bill of rights does not mean it gives people more rights - we will have the same amount of rights. I am happy with my rights now, so there is no problem - nothing that needs fixing.

We have our constitution, what's wrong with that? Too many things being changed under this present government & I don't trust them too far.
