How long should you wait to have sex after a D&C?

How long should I wait to have sex with my wife after her D&C. Not to be perverted or provide too much detail but I have a larger than average male parts (Larger than 8.5") and don't know if that is something to factor into the equation. Any advice or experience with similar circumstances are appreciated.

    Assuming a D&C is all she had done and didn't give birth, she should be able to resume having sex within 2-4weeks. The cervix is only opened a little bit to perform a D&C and closes back to normal within 2 weeks.

    It could possibly hurt a bit, as her cervix may or may not be sore. But, just take it easy the first couple times & let her tell you what's ok and what's not.

    It's really up to her and how she feels physically & emotionally after having it done.

    from what i heard, your supposed to wait until her 3rd menstrual cycle after the D&C.

    but it will also depend on her, if she feels up to is and is no longer in pain then thats up to her.

    i would suggest to at least wait after 1st menstrual cycle to make sure everything has healed.
