Scalp Itching...thinning hair....bald spot?

Hello.
Look. Recently I had started to pick my hair.  This was a few months ago. I pulled it out in clumps, and since then I had got my hair cut shorter.  It has seemed to grow back in most of the spots, but my hair has become thin lately. A bald spot has appeared, and when it is wet you can tell that it is very thin.  I do not know whether it is from anxiety, moderately high blood pressure, stress, or from the pulling, but it is really getting me down lately.

Sometimes my scalp itches and it seems I have a bump or two on there.

Go to a salon and ask for Nioxin. Make sure you get all three steps. I have customers who swear by it. The product cleanses and purifies the scalp and then nourishes it to promote a healthy scalp and hair growth.
