Okay so what time should i change my tampon at school?

okay so im in 7th grade and have 5 classes. i have school today its my second day on my (.) we only have 3 mins for passing time but thats really not alot  :|  i can only use regulars. so like how am i supposed to change my tampon at school? i cant be late for class or i get a detention :[  any help? :)

Can't you be excused to go to the ladies room durring class? That way the the ladies room will not be crowded and you can change your tampon quietly. :)

A tampon doesn't have to be changed every 2 hours, gosh we would never be out of the loo! They can last for up to 8 hours, depending on how heavy the flow is.
Just ask to be excused, it's normal, people will understand.

go at lunch or during work time in a class. I'm on my big brothers account by the way, and I'm in 7th grade too.

dont you have recess/ morning tea or Lunch?
you do it then. or you just leave it in the whole day..
I know EVERYONE says dont leave it in for that long, but I have 6 hour school days and I just wait until the end of day bell goes before I go and change it.

if you tell your teachers they have no choice but to let you go

that is a plus for being a female

dont be ashamed to tell then your on your period...

women get periods its part of growing up 

if all else fails you can double up by using a panty liner just in case you dont have time

go at recess and then at lunch aswell. it is important to change your tampon every twooo hours. good luck
