How to concentrate for hours together when studying?

I have all the distractions you can think of..... both external n internal.......i jus keep thinking about something all the time when studying.......pleeeeeease tell me how to concentrate....

    Listen to music while studying. It entertains you brain and psychologically your mind remains fresh.
