Thanks in advance for your help!

Update:

In a matter of fact, I got that image from a friend's Facebook named "Daniela", whose nickname is "DANI" (da-ni). Now it all makes sense! Thanks a lot!

It's the "female version" of "Danny" AKA Danni / "Danii": due to the 女 radical of 妮, but those who DO NOT know Chinese will not know that 妮 is the Chinese word for "nun". But the characters used doesn't make sense: 达妮 - 达, da = "to reach", 妮, ni = nun

But in Chinese, there's a few words with the "dan" sound, so when a word or name where the syllable = "dan" then "da" shouldn't be used. 丹尼 is normally used for "Danny": 丹, dan, 尼, ni.

It's Chinese but I don't know what it means. Here is a dictionary entry though... it seems to be a person. http://www.nciku.com/search/all/%E8%BE%BE%E5%A6%AE
