17 (almost 18 year old) flying with 10 year old?
Ok my parents are thinking about letting myself who turns 18 in Jan. and my 10 year old sister fly to NY to see family. We would be flying there before I turn 18 so what I wanted to know is does my sister have to have a UM pass even if I am flying with her? Heck do I need a UM pass?

no if your over 15 then you don't need one and if shes going to be with you then she doesn't either
