Yes because they spend most of their time using some sort of technology so dealing with new technology isn't really an issue as they've become familiar and adaptable to present technology and new technology.

yes i will say that the gen y has definitively the best advantage than the baby-boomers, and the gen x...
the deal is as we advance the older people get outdated regardless of their effort of keeping up.
they can do only so much and with the speed of development it is difficult to keep up. and the trend of the development is to allow big businesses to make more money doing the same thing with just little bit improvement at time
