I've heard once of a woman who had a snake that had sized up to eat her, is that true, can that really happen?

I asked this guy who specializes in reptiles and does reptile shows for his job and stuff like that, and he said that wasn't true. Haha... I had the exact same question. I heard that story too. Apparently it's bs.

As you well know, there are adults under four feet tall and a hundred pounds or less...and there are snakes that grow big enough to eat pigs and goats. The story you heard is urban legend - nobody can point to an actual, officially-documented instance where a person was eaten by a snake they kept as a pet.

My opinion is anyone stupid enough to try to keep snakes as pets deserves whatever harm those vile creatures inflict on them.

that would have to be a pretty damn big snake to do that. No way, not happening. Your talking bout a snake that is like twenty feet long and lives in the amazon for that to happen. Even that is rare

Not sure about a full grown woman but there have been cases of snakes carrying off chlldren in certain countrys.
