How many keys do apartments normally give you?
I was just wondering because Im going to be living alone but most of the time my bff is going to stay with me ...it's closer to work, and just overall more convenient. Anyways, since about 4-5 days out of the week they'll be with me, should I make a notice that there's someone else living there so they could have a key? would I have to pay anything extra?
Basically, would it be a problem to have them stay with me? Would they give me two keys or do I have to ask?
thanks- and sorry for the blond question lol

Apartments generally charge for anybody who will be living there and there is also a limit to how long you can have a "visitor" who will be staying with you for free (up to 2 weeks at mine). You would have to ask for two keys but be prepared for an extra charge. You might want to ask your friend to pitch in for rent since they will practically be living with you anyway.
