My best friend likes to copy every freakin thing I do ugh!

For instance, on Valentines Day we had a girls night out before our dates and I bought a really cute shirt. I showed her which one I bought and she thought it was cute too... so cute that she had to buy the same one. Then she told me that I had to change mine because she didn't want to be twins, and if I didn't change it then it would be my fault that she didn't go with us because she wouldn't go if I was wearing the shirt too... I ended up changing my shirt ugh and returning that one.

Also, I bought a car last month and she totalled her car this week, so what does she do ...she goes out and buys the same make and model of my car. She also made the comment "Oh we got the same car now yay ...except you know, mines a 2010 not a 2007"

And shes always making snooty comments like "oh you don't have to be as pretty as me, you can still find a man" or "you're eating that?! you should be on slim fast like me"

What do I do? It's really annoying sometimes the way she is so condescending. I love her to death but she is getting on my last nerves. She makes way more than I do and she knows I can't afford alot of stuff, but does she have to rub it in my face like that? Does she even realize her comments are so snooty? ugh. Help. Im about to just say eff it and drop her as a friend.

Ok so my best friend is the most stubborn person I know... dont even ask how we became best friends, even I couldn't tell you that one.

Anyways I love her to death, but her stubborness is starting to get to me. Basically she has to have everything her way and she always has to be right. If she asks for advice, she only wants the answer she wants to hear, not my actual opinion ugh. I usually try to look past it,because well she is my best friend, and I just have to accept the fact that she is a stubborn person.

I want to be a teacher and I love psychology ...so I was thinking just to put the two together :) I want to teach either high school or college, I just love the idea of inspiring young adults to be something greater. Psychology itself would be too boring and I wouldnt want to sit one on one with someone for the rest of my life, but I love reading about and studying psychology. I wasn't sure what I wanted to teach at first but now this seems like a good idea. So should I major in education or psychology? Assuming Im going to get a Masters...

I was just wondering because Im going to be living alone but most of the time my bff is going to stay with me ...it's closer to work, and just overall more convenient. Anyways, since about 4-5 days out of the week they'll be with me, should I make a notice that there's someone else living there so they could have a key? would I have to pay anything extra?

Basically, would it be a problem to have them stay with me? Would they give me two keys or do I have to ask?

Ok so the toddler I babysit has a bruise type thing above her eye (on her eyebrow kind of), its red and purple. She was born with it and I haven't had the heart to point it out and ask what it is. She's almost 4 now ...what could it be? will it go away?

So I'll try and make this short ...I registered for full time classes along with planning to work full time this semester too. My work schedule completely changed on me (I thought it was temporary) so I've basically skipped most of my classes. I've had so much crap happen these past few months (both personally and financially) that I need to just go ahead and drop all of my classes (so the failing grades wont go on my GPA).

I'm a determined person and there's no doubt that I'll indeed finish school, just right now needs to be focused on paying the bills... How do I go to my counselor to do this? Wont she just look at my poor attendence and laugh in my face? Will they let me back in next semester? Im so embarrased and ashamed of myself but stuff happened that wasn't in my control. I didn't think my work schedule was going to last this long but it has, and it's going to be this same schedule until December.

I can't even tell you how embarassed I am because I let it go this long ...Im so afraid they wont let me register for classes again because of what happened this semester.

What do you tell someone who says that the phrase "everything happens for a reason" is just something people say when they can't think of anything better.

I dont know what else to tell em, the person Im talking about is extremely pessimistic by the way.

Bottom line, they hate each other but I love em both to death. If both of em were in a deathly situation Id have to kill myself because I wouldnt be able to pick just one to save.

Anyways, I know the saying "guys come and go, but friends last forever", but how do you know you're not turning your back on the perfect guy for you? and shouldn't both of them just grow up and accept each other if they were both really my friend. I mean, they dont need to talk to one another, but they could both lay off the trash talking behind the other's backs.

I prefer an old fashioned map, Im not sure why, I guess Im just a visual person ...and I have a wierd feeling that my brain cells die if all I have to do is listen to a talking box and follow the directions lol. Id rather see the road for myself on a map and do some actual thinking, I just hate feeling like a robot ya know?

When I say "children" I mean 18+ legal adults, who just happen to be living with you (and they're going to college but still living with you). And whether this is relavant or not, they have two jobs and pay all of their expenses (school, car, cell etc.)

Yes, Im fully aware that it is legal for them to smoke, but what Im asking is do you find it disrespectful as a parent? do you not care? and for the sake of argument lets say its no more than two ciggaretes a week, not even a whole pack a month.

What happened to people just getting a cut to match their face shape and getting something that looks good on them personally? Instead of just copying what they see on tv I mean.

I think they're just about equal, I mean I don't think one is worse than the other ...when a person is physically abused they become too scared to ask for help, which in turn just continues to get them hurt... but when a person is verbally abused it just breaks their spirit and self esteem so I think they're more likely to do something drastic (like inflict self harm, drugs, suicide etc.).

In your opinion, which do you think is worse?

My best friend's uncle just passed away and hes really down about it. And when he's down, he likes to just be alone and not talk (even though he knows Im always here for him)... anyways I just want to text him something that lets him know that Im praying for him and everythings going to be ok.
