How do you tell a business partner to leave?
Lets say that 3 people were in business together for 30 years ...but then one of them started acting insane (not caring, singing randomly etc). What are the steps involved in dismissing them, assuming they were also one of your best friends? How would you handle it legally and ethically?

So many factors.. How is the company set up LLC, Corporation, or something else. Do they get wages. Did you all sign prearrangement?
This only can be answered with complete knowledge of the business.

just ask them very nicely to leave. say ur sorry but u dont want them to worl with u. say u dont want them to take it in the wrong way but they need to leave. say u still want to be there friend but just dont want to work with them.
