Texas DMV, birthday falls on weekend?

My 18th birthday falls on a sunday and the DMV is closed on Sundays.. I have something important coming up on early monday.. Can I get my license on the friday prior to my birthday, or do I have to wait?

    Nope. Then go on Tuesday. You've waited this long, another day isn't going to hurt.

    not sure about Texas but in most states you can get then 10 days prior to your birthday

    call the DVD if you are not sure
