Does anyone know which of the five mother sauces would compliment turkey the best?

Hey does anyone have any experience with making a mother sauce with turkey? If you do, which of the mother sauces would you suggest? Anything would help!

    a Velouté ..using the juice from the turkey

    Bechamel Sauce Veloute Tomato Sauce Beurre Blanc Sauce Brown

    Definitely a valoute. Any other mother sauce would be to heavy for the turkey.

    I didnt know what mother sauces were until I looked them up. I think the Espagnole and Veloute sound good.
