What's the best 'trick' you've pulled while trick or treating?

I started chasing some five year olds while wearing an old lady mask.

One haloween a few years back I spent half an hour stealing candy from other people.

I was at my friend's house and there was a coffin in the driveway. I laid in it and when people walked by, I sat up and grabbed their leg.

I convinced my friend that there was a ghost/demon following her while we were trick or treating for three years straight! haha.

But a great trick to play is when the people open the door to give you candy, immediantly start cooing over their "adorible" costumes (even if theyr not wearing any!) and give THEM candy! Then say "have fun!" and close the door.

Dress up as something scary and go to a kids house then ring the door bell and hide, then ring it again and hide but wait like 2 minutes, and then the third time get really close to the door so when the kid opens it they will jump lmao

After u get ur candy, don't say thank-you, just stare at the person. It works best if ur wearing a mask. See how long they'll stand there b4 just shutting the door.
