99cent stores and ebay are good places to find things. Cheap spiderman pencil cases would make great 'bags' to put the goodies in.

If you'd prefer to make your own:

Mini coloring books, spiderman candy, spiderman party hats, maybe little marvel action figures (they are small enough to chew, but not small enough to eat.. so I'd assume it'd be okay... 10 for 10 $ at target :) umm... little kids love candy :D and maybe a sheet of spidy stickers! If you want to hit it out of the park, incorporate Silly String into a game. The gooey web of string condensed in a can? Perhaps tag, while kids with Silly String are Spiderman and runners are bad guys? You might want to do this outside and not around parked cars though, as it removes paint and is very, very messy. Spider, Spider, Man (duck, duck goose.) Get Spiderman balloons (or just red balloons) and make a game based on who can keep their balloon in the air the longest, or something like that.

Maybe a cheap 5 page coloring book too... look around at dollar stores for packs of crayons...
