anywhere to get a tattoo in cali at the age 17 with parent?

    You can't, it is illegal, even with parental consent, and no one is willing to risk their license to tattoo a minor. You're 17, the wait isn't that long, just hang in there.

    A shady shop... its state law here you have to be 18, with or without parental consent.
