Dyed hair yesterday...how long should I wait to do it again?
I dyed my hair a strawberry blonde permanent color, however nothing really happened. It is slightly more of a reddish blonde but not as dark as I was hoping. I have previously dyed blonde hair that I have had done for the last 9 years. When would be a safe amount of time to try it again? I am looking for a darker shade to help camouflage my light brown roots.

Did you read the packaging instructions? It should tell you how long to wait before redying your hair. I had a friend that used to dye her hair a lot and she actually used this product she bought at her local beauty supply store that would strip all the color of her hair. Her hair was white and then she would dye her hair the color she wanted. It would always be the color on the box. It was also very damaging. So she would only do that when she had too many colors on her head. Like when she had black roots and different colors on her lower part of her hair. That would make the color the same all over.

You really should wait at least three mouths before dying it again. Because dying it too much can cause damage. Maybe try henna? Henna can dye your hair and actually helps condition it at the same time. If not you can dye it again in about a week. Nothing will happen just make sure you don't make it a habit.

Wait about a week to make sure you don't totally fry your hair. You can dye it again after 48 hours, but it will cause more damage and is usually only necessary in emergencies (i.e. it turned out gray or white)

properly 3 to 4 weeks for the date of your final dye. besides the undeniable fact that, as consistent dyeing would injury the condition of your hair, be particular to perform a little moisturising therapy on your hair a million week thereafter your dye. That way, your hair will look gentle, healthful and the hair shade will stand out extra effectual.

Leave it until it is completely washed out (however long it is supposed to last), then wait at least a week. If you dye your hair non stop it will just cause damage!

Please DO NOT do it in 48 hrs, no matter what the box says.
You'll have to wait at least 2 to 4 weeks for your hair to be back to it's natural state.

2 weeks if you want to keep your hair healthy. That's what I always do.
