Does Low Water Pressure in kitchen sink effect Dishwasher water pressure?

I don't know if my dishwasher sucks or if the water pressure inside my dishwasher sucks.

Update:

It's in an apartment...but It's still fairly new

I just have horrible water pressure in my kitchen sink(gonna get it fixed)..just wondering if it effects it or not...guess it doesn't, thanks.

The dishwasher uses a pump to increase the pressure inside the unit. If it's an old dishwasher it might be time to have it serviced or replaced.

sounds such as you have coated the conventional problems: junk in the monitors/aerator and assume you ran the water with the aerator off to flush-out and junk in the strains from the installation. a great number of latest taps use lots smaller strains than in the previous and are "water savers": we've stable stress in the living house, yet positioned-in a stable Moen kitchen faucet........it factors first rate stress yet little or no quantity - takes continually to fill the sink.
