Question about a F-150 squeaking,badly..?

A couple of days ago my 99 f-150 started squeaking bad..Every time i hit a bump in the road i can hear it..Is it the shocks..It doesn't drive any different?? It still rides comfortable..What could it be..

Update:

It's definitely coming from the front end..

yea most likely its the shocks if its not on the bumps. if u take it offroading like i take mine its could also be the rear end thats broken thats how mine started when i broke mine and it was running okai for a while until it completely broke down. so get it checked asap cuz a broken rear end is VERY expensive
