Your thoughts? T-wolves are in FIRST PLACE!!!?

I just had to say that, since it will be probably the only time I can say it all season! Seriously, both the team and Jonny Flynn looked horrible for three quarters and then great in the 4th for a nice comeback win. Forget who the opponent was - nice to see the Wolves beat ANY team! Flynn showed great leadership in the 4th qtr and they certainly responded to Rambis' talk that they were "soft." If this is a sign of things to come this season, will be a nice improvement.

Update:

EDIT - to Rob, while this isn't an excuse, it doesn't look like Jefferson is 100% recoverd from the ACL injury. He was having some trouble with getting up and down the floor early (when Lopez got his points). The 4th qtr was all about the Wolves' D - the first 3 Q were so bad that the numbers won't look good except the final score -which I will take!

I've always thought Rambis was a very underrated coach; the guy played like every game was his last, and was an intelligent player; so obviously that translates well into a solid coach. I didn't see the game; but just peering at the box score, it didn't look like anyone on the T-Wolves had an "effecient" game, but the bench looks like it contributed, and I'm sure Rambis like you said had a nice 'talk' with them before the 4th, and they went off in the 4th to pull off the win. Little shocking to see Brook Lopez out-play Al Jefferson so badly; but the season is young, and everyone is still shaking off a bit of rust.

I think their bench is half-decent actually, nice young players like Sessions, Ellington, etc.

Shock and awe! I've never seen a team play as poorly as the Wolves did last night for the first 40 minutes and still come out with a W. But a win's a win!

I'm not sold on the team since they did look pretty bad for 3 quarters of the game but momentum is a funny thing in sports and believing they CAN win is something that hasn't been present in the T-Wolves franchise since KG left. Hopefully last night was a turning point attitude-wise for them because I'm sick of watching them lose then rebuild every year!!

The WOlves are tied for first with 3 other teams. Miami Heat is also tied for first place. But im a HUGE Johnny Flynn fan and I love how he plays. Good luck with the rest of the way !!!

Even though it is early season, they have shown they can come back from a huge deficit and win games. It should be a great season for the wolves.
