I have an interview at sears tomorrow,?
I did the application online and got to the part where you can schedule your own interview. question is, is this valid and what is it like working for sears. It's for a merchandising and pricing associate position the store is in crabtree valley mall in raleigh,nc. Would really appreciate any feedback. Iam in desperate need of a job so be gentle. Thanks.

Dress nicely for the interview. Don't fidget. Maintain good eye contact.
Working at Sears is a retail job - you will be expected to be friendly and courteous to both the customers and your fellow employees.

make sure you add "CUSTOMER EXPIERIENCE" into your interview. sears is ALL about our customer service and they lovvve when you say that. merchandising & pricing is usually like the 4 am shifts where you do all the markdowns. so you dont have to deal with customers as much. you do signing mostly early in the morning or after we're closed. but you should really take this job because sears is very reliable and gives you a good amount of hours for what the economy is like right now, i usually get 25 a week & i'm just part time. :)
