Whats a good place to eat around the Halloween parade in the village (NYC)?
Myself and a group of friends are going to see the parade in NYC for Halloween on saturday, and going out for drinks afterwards, etc. However, were looking for a good place to eat in the area before the parade (around 7 oclock). The parade runs on 6th ave between spring st and 21st St. Were looking for a place that is moderately priced (10-20$ an entree at most). A place that serves drinks would be preferable, and has at least a few options for vegetarians (Im a vegetarian, my friends are not).

Also the type of food isnt really an issue, just no place too fancy. Asian, American, Italian, etc. would be fine. It just has to be a casual enough atmosphere because some people will be in costume.

One place I'd definitely recommend is Arte Pasta Located at 81 Greenwich Avenue.Id say they serve Italian cuisine Their brunch starts at 12 noon and ends at 4pm.. Everything on their brunch menu is 9.99 and an extra five bucks will get you unlimited mimosas or champagne. Check out their website www.artepastanyc.com.
