how much should i expect for jewelry at the pawn shop?

I'm pawning a ring tomorrow. It's 14k gold (stamped) and has 10 very small diamonds running across it. Here's a pic of it

I'm hoping to get at least $30 out of it. I've never been to a pawn shop and I'm just not sure how much I should expect for it... any idea? Any tips/advice about the pawning process would be appreciated. Thank you!

A pawnshop will pay you the lowest amount of money possible. They want to make a profit selling your ring to someone else. Any venue, where you can sell your ring directly to a person and not a middle man, will bring you more cash.

Considering the small size of the stones, they will probably just weigh the ring and pay you scrap metal value, depending on the weight of the whole ring. I can't estimate their offer as I don't know the weight of your ring.
