Can oatemeal help you lose weight ?

I have heard that you can lose alot of weight by taking oat meal for break fast and dinner .....just want to know how many kilos can you lose and in what time ?

    There is no possible way to be able to predict how much weight any individual is able to lose in any amount of time because everyone is different. Yes, oatmeal has a lot of fiber in it so it digests well. Having a serving or two a day in place of a meal will make you lose weight as well because it is relatively low in calories if you just add some water, splenda and salt. (160 per 1/2 cup) and is very filling. If you are concerned with losing weight I recommend making sure you get your protein in and working out with that diet! Be patient - but it will work wonders!

    Yes it will help you lose weight because it is a good complex carb and supplies the body with plenty of fiber. Oatmeal is a great way to start a day because it is so good for you. It can only help.

    i don't think that is true. you can lose weight by eating less calories than you lose in a day.

    I don't know. I used to eat it before Id go hunting, but then I herd that It sticks like paste in your tummy.
