You do not know exactly the story or what about it about Jesus being angry with those people.
You have to know that the place where those people were doing their business wa in a part of the temple where usually they do not enter and when they go it used to be to offer their sacrifice to the High Priest.
Now these were doing all sorts of business, like exchanging money, buying and selling and all the business done in an open market. Jesus was angered because as He said they made the house of the Lord as a den of thieves. You may know that in business there is always some sort of gaining or also cheating, as in other place we fiend that they mess up with the scales. All in all they were
prohibited to be done in the temple.
So collecting money for good causes or other things have not to do with what took place 2000 years ago. And if
there are some activities which excess the limit it should not be done and you can not say that it is hypocrite or has nothing to do with faith. If what is taking place is bad it should be stopped and that is it. We are still humans and no one is perfect in this world. The most important thing is to use the temple of our Lord for worshiping and praying and not for any other business. This has nothing to do with a new Bible. That is the final word of God.

Jesus was only angry because they (the hypocrites) were using his holy temple to barter and earn money for their own pleasure, not for serving God with it. TRUE Christian churches collect money from us so that they can serve God's kingdom (giving to the poor, funding mission trips, repairing/improving church for greater/longer use/capacity, etc...)
If the original Bible really is the true Word of God and has been trusted for centuries, then I don't think a "new" Bible is necessary.
Plus, God says in Rev. 22:18-19 that we shouldn't add to or take away anything from His Word.
That's just MY point of view. :-)

All people at the time of Jesus including Jesus recognized that the animal sellers and money changers performed necessary functions which were not inherently evil. Jesus' act of guerrilla theater was not against the moneychangers and the vendors but against the temple hierarchy itself.

I can't speak for Jesus? I just don't think he liked any capitalism? And wasn't there some kind of scam going on in the temples where people would bring in their animals to give away to the temple? But the clergy would make them purchase the temples animals and then they would donate them back to the temple?

there is no old Bible.. There is only THE BIBLE.... and yes you are correct... Churches have used religion to guilt people into giving money to the churches... This is what I have to say about that... If you go to church, who pays for the lights that are on? who pays for the water you drink, wash your hands in, and flush your waste with? who pays for the paper and ink for the programs? Who pays for the gas for the buses that travel up and down the streets collecting people who otherwise would have not been able to attend services.... You should give because you receive.... not because the preacher says it is your obligation.... Jesus said, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.... you will not have to answer to your preacher on judgment day....

The Christian church is the self same thing that bible Jesus hated.

The Temple was for worship only, not to be cheated by money changers who ripped the faithful off by selling to the poor, doves for a ridiculously high price. What happened in the Temple had nothing to do with giving donations.

I believe you are refering to the Catholic Church. It's not Christian. It's a pagan god-making machine.

It wasn't money that upset Him. It was that there were those taking advantage by selling animals for sacrifices.
