My co worker comes every now and then with a black eye to work, what can I do?

She tries to hide it with make up , but I still can see it.

How can I help her?

We are not very close , but we like each other .

Should I ask her if she needs help?

Should I ignore it , so she doesn't feel ashamed?

I am usually a person that minds her own business, but I don't know if that is the right thing to do in such a case.

We just started working together(since about 2 month).

( 3 blk eyes in 2 month don't come by accident ).

She is married , two kids .

What shall I do?

I think you should talk to her on break, just the two of you. Ask her where the black eyes are coming from. Tell her your worried and care about her and want whats best for her. Mention theres places she can go to get help, support groups, etc. I know we have them here in my state for women who are abused by men. If you don't talk to her about it and reach out to help something horrible could happen to her, so you have nothing to loose! I think your a great person!!

Talk to her n let her know that u r there for her and be there for her dnt just say ur there 4 her n not b. Be a friend that if she were to get in a fight with her husband she can come 2 u and be with u at ur house. Pray 4 her. And yea watch out 4 her

I would suggest you to try to be friend or get close to her first. Though it seems like takung a long route but at least it will not be too obvious that u are trying to be nosy about her personal matters. I'm sure she will not simply reveal her "delicate" issue to anyone but obviously she needs a helping hand.
