Should I use BODY SCRUB & BODY LOTION ?
I think it's a good thing to take care of the body. I was thinking about starting to use body scrub and body lotion ? I'm an 18 yo boy. What do you think ? Suggestion ? I need opinions, please, especially from the ladies. Thanks.

Men's skin care is very similar to the skin care for women, though the male skin differs from that of a female. However, men's skin care includes the following important parts:
Cleansing
Like female skin care, men's facial care also starts with cleansing procedure. For this purpose it is recommended to use water soluble cleansers. This cleansing procedure helps to remove the dirt, pollutants, grease and excessive oil from the skin, preventing the pores from clogging. Male skin tends to be oily by nature; that is why cleansing is all-important for men to provide the proper skin care. This procedure should be done at least once every day. But it is much better to cleanse your face twice a day: in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. Attention: Applying soap on the face is not recommended.
Shaving
We cannot imagine men's skin care without shaving procedure. So shaving foams/gels/creams, as well as, after-shave lotions are also important among men's skin care solutions. Professional men's skin care requires a proper choice of shaving equipment and remedies. While choosing shaving products men should especially take into consideration their skin type (because the level of oiliness may vary from person to person). You should avoid alcohol-based after-shave solutions. Also to provide skin care for men one should apply only high-quality razors. In this case, it is recommended to prefer swivel-head razors which are known to reduce cuts.
Besides the good quality of these products and equipment, it is also important to apply them in the right way. Particularly be gentle while using a razor. Try not to scratch it against your skin.
Moisturising
Due to regular shaving, the male skin can easily become dehydrated. So every man should have moisturisers among his skin care products. Though some shaving foams/gels themselves have an in-built moisturising effect, it is recommended to use a moisturising gel or cream after shaving.
Sunscreen
Though a man's skin is less sensitive to UV radiation, they should also apply a sunscreen remedy. For this purpose you may use any male moisturiser with sunscreen effect.
Natural male facial care products
You may use special men's solutions based on natural ingredients such as aloe vera, sea salt and coconut, as well as antiseptic oils - lavender, tea tree oils etc.
As you see, men's facial care is not as hard as you consider. You need to spend just a few minutes a day, in order to have a healthy skin forever.
Hope I helped

It really depends on your skin. There's no ultimate yes or no unless the person answering isn't thinking clearly.
Keeping your skin moisturized if your body oils aren't doing enough for you is a good idea. But lotion is a term for any kind of moisturizing concoction you put on your skin, and it's really hard to say that because your skin is dry that any bottle of lotion is better than none.
Two, body scrub... is it good to scrub your dead skin cells off? Depends... if you have a bunch of blackheads and acne, or your skin is too oily or too dry, then it can be a remedy for the clogging. If you have sensitive skin it could just make it worse.
My point is this: if you're asking if it's cool for a guy to take care of his body vs. too feminine... screw whoever gets down on you for doing what you can to take care of yourself. Who cares.
If it's whether lotions and body scrubs are necessary... meh. I use both because I live in a cold place without humidity and my skin itches if I don't. If I didn't have reason I probably wouldn't think of it.

I use a body scrub once a week to get rid of any dead skin. It makes your skin look and feel healthier,
Moisturiser, use that every morning. It will make your skin really soft and you'll keep the wrinkles away for longer :p

=D absolutely you should use scrub to exfoliate your skin and body lotion is important to keep our skin moisturize all the time . You should consider buying cleanser and face scrub as guys should start to take care of their face once they hit puberty stage
Remember to buy products that suits your skin type

My wife said my skin is so dry she cannot stand it, she has me using a Caress exfoliating body was in the red bottle, and then using Olay Quench body lotion, she says my skin condition improves drastically when I use both of these products.
