    Well, it's legal to have a kid.

    The sex would be legal in most US states, since the age of consent is usually 16. Some states have higher ages, however.

    no, the age of consent in most states is 18, although there are some Romeo & Juliet statutes (lowers it from felony to misdemeanor if only 3 year age difference)

    In florida the exception permits a person 23 years of age or younger to engage in legal sexual activity with a minor aged 16 or 17. If 24 it is a felony. "Sexual activity" means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another;

    Because the girl is 15, It is statutory rape of a minor

    This 22 year old is a sex offender, a sexual predator.

    Why would a grown man want to have sex with and children with children.

    Wake up and call the police

    it depends on the state but, its normally considered legal aslong as there is consent (depending on where I think it may have to be written or just oral) from the 16 year old's parents or gaurdians. and as far as having a kid, since theres so many teen mothers you kno thats legal.

    More than likely "yes". In most states anyone over 18 can't have sex with a minor (under 18)

    depends on state law

    in my state the 22 year old would be in prison for rape

    The state cannot do anything because the state did not. It is the state that brings that charge.
