What size should i order in these boots?

I'm not familiar with Forever 21's shoe sizing, but I would suggest going up in size rather than down. Slightly too loose would be more comfortable than too tight. Especially seeing as how you can wear thicker socks with them, as they are boots. Plus, I noticed that they are lined with tricot-knitted fabric, so that will might actually provide a little snugger fit, as well, depending on the material.

My vote is also for the 10. You can always wear socks but won't be able to get into the 9 especially if your feet are wide.

I would definitely size up to a 10. If they turn out to be a little too big, you could always wear thicker socks (great for colder weather) or buy a padded insole and make them even more comfy!

They'll look great with skinny jeans!

i would say 10 because u will probably grow a little bit, plus u can wear a nice thick sock! always more compforting to know they wont be too small!

I think a 9 coz even if it hurts little to wear them, theyll make your feet looks smaller :) thats what I do.
