Who will win the following Week 9 NFL games and why?
The 'why' is important. I have my own ideas, but want to know what others think before making my picks. This is straight-up, not against the spread.
Match-up (current odds)
Arizona at Chicago (Bears by 3.5)
Baltimore at Cincinnati (Ravens by 3.5)
San Diego at NY Giants (Giants by 4.5)
Dallas at Philadelphia (Eagles by 3.5)
Pittsburgh at Denver (Steelers by 3.5)
I'm thinking Chicago, Cincinnati, San Diego, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. What say you?

Bears beat Cardinals because it's a home game, outdoors, weather's getting cold. Warner's not the same as he was last year, and there's no run-game on that Cardinals. Cutler and Forte will tear apart that Cardinals defense that only has Rodgers-Cromartie as a good defensive back.
Cincinnati beats Baltimore. Home game for Bengals, Cedric Benson's already rushed for 120 yds against the Ravens earlier this year, and Palmer's playing like a pro bowl quarterback again. Baltimore's defense is softer than they have been in the past, and their offense is in for a surprise against a defense that knows what to expect from them.
San Diego beats Giants. Even though it's a road game, this Giants offense can't do anything with Manning's foot injury and running backs who haven't been able to run this year.
Eagles beat Cowboys. It'll be a close game, but the Philly defense is more solid than the Dallas D. Divisional rivalry, and they're both playing for first place in their division.
Pittsburgh beats Denver. Steelers will dominate in every facet of the game.

Chicago over Arizona - Warner has been too shaky lately and Boldin has been hampered by injury. On top of that, they always abandon the run too early. Bears at home on this one.
Baltimore over Cincy - Baltimore is now on a mission after loosing 3 in a row before making the Broncos look silly on offense last week. Cincy will find a way to implode again this year.
Giants over Chargers - Giants have looked awful the past 3 weeks but they know how to win when pressure is on and they're at home. Chargers have to fly across country and haven't looked very good all season. The Raiders actually made a game of it last week.
Philly over Dallas - Philly will have both Westbrook and McCoy healthy along with speedy WRs Maclin and Jackson. The Boys will make it close but on the road they wont have their bandwagon fans to root them on.
Steelers over Broncos - The Steelers have a tough Defense just like the Ravens and you saw what happened there. Broncos will make it close because they're home and have the altitude figured out.

Projected winner with probability of win:
ARI at CHI --> CHI 55%
BAL at CIN --> BAL 60%
SD at NYG --> NYG 52%
DAL at PHI --> PHI 62%
PIT at DEN --> PIT 55%
The "why" is that this comes from a mathematical model that is typically more accurate than humans. So far this year it is ahead of all 11 experts pickers at ESPN and Yahoo! Sports.
However, you can see from the computed probabilities that these 5 games are all nearly toss ups.
