What process do i take to pursue charges against someone caught lying to reduce child support?

My ex went to court with my recently and she lied to the courts saying she had a baby to reduce her child support. She even provided a "doctors note" saying the child was sick and in and out of the hosptal. CPS has since confirmed there was never a baby and my ex has admitted it as well. The OAG has said they won't take it back to court so what can i do to pursue this? Can i just file a police report? This is in Tarrant County, Texas.

The best place to start is to contact the judge to presided over the ruling and let them know. They can suggest what needs to be filed to have the judgement thrown out and/or recalculated.
