My ex went to court with my recently and she lied to the courts saying she had a baby to reduce her child support. She even provided a "doctors note" saying the child was sick and in and out of the hosptal. CPS has since confirmed there was never a baby and my ex has admitted it as well. The OAG has said they won't take it back to court so what can i do to pursue this? Can i just file a police report? This is in Tarrant County, Texas.

I noticed my ex had her probation revoked with the powers of the internet (maybe she didn't pay her fine in time, i don't know) and i'm just curious as to what the consequences are. She watches my kids sometimes so I need to know how serious it is. Her probation was for 3 years and she was only a year into it.

I am house sitting for a friend and they have Shelpie (spelling) that is enclosed in the kitchen/dining room with a sort of baby gate. Anytime i get close to it, it growls and barks. I'd like to feed it and let it outside (but it's also between me and the back door). What can i do?

I was browsing the warrant listings for the city of arlington and noticed they're "complete" listing doesn't have anything older than 1999. Now i doubt they had every warrant older than 1999 paid so i'm wondering if there is a reason why there are no warrants older than that displayed. It's supposed to be a "complete" list.

I was wrongly accused (all hearsay) of neglect on my kids and CPS has been to my house to discuss. All accusations are false yet they still put me on a "safety plan." Does this ever go away? How do i fight it?
